You will receive a complete health and fitness evaluation by one of our board-certified physicians that targets your wellness and weight-loss goals using cutting-edge blood chemistry panels and cardiometabolic stress testing. Then, throughout your stay, your physician will track your progress with you.

Your Exercise Program is also customized to your specific needs. Your physician and exercise physiologist use the results of your cardiometabolic stress test to create your highly personalized exercise plan. Using your plan, you will exercise each morning using Pritikin’s three-pronged approach: cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. And each day, you’ll rediscover the fun, the thrill, of being fit.

Education is the cornerstone of the Pritikin Approach. Every day after exercise, you will be immersed in eye-opening workshops in nutrition, stress management, and health, as well as practical “real world” training in healthy, delicious restaurant dining, cooking, supermarket shopping, and more.
