Here’s something semi-Pritikin for guests who crave "creamy" but don’t need Velveeta.

  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 finely chopped green onions (white and light-green parts only)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2/3 cup bottled salsa (nonchunky varieties)
