Under the entertaining tutelage of our Cooking School Director, you will learn--in a matter of hours--the special secrets that add gourmet flavor and richness to even the most basic of dishes.

For the experienced cook, each class will expand your repertoire of delectable dishes. Our talented chef will show you how to adapt your favorite recipes to the Pritikin Program guidelines. You'll also have fun experimenting with new methods of cooking.

If you are just beginning the adventure of cooking, you are in for a treat. You will learn fast, easy Pritikin-style meals. Our Cooking School Director will assist you with cooking basics, menu planning, and equipping your kitchen. We will introduce you to secrets and short-cuts that will make your new Pritikin lifestyle practical as well as pleasurable.
