Oh, you’re going to love this one! Join Chef Anthony and Dr. Tom Rifai, Chief Medical Advisor to the Pritikin Longevity Center, for an exquisite Italian dinner that is good for body and soul. Every dinner on the newly created "Andiomo Lean!" menu, including appetizer and dessert, is low in calories – fewer than 600 – low in sodium and very low in saturated fat. Grilled salmon fillet presented on a sweet basil corn broth with oyster mushrooms
